Job Overview
We are looking for a Game QA Manager to oversee quality assurance activities across game development and publishing projects. This role will work closely with QA, engineering, production, design, and publishing teams to establish testing processes and support a consistent player experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate QA activities throughout the game development and release cycle.
- Develop and maintain testing plans, quality standards, and QA processes.
- Coordinate functional, regression, compatibility, and release testing activities.
- Work closely with development and production teams to identify, track, and resolve quality issues.
- Review test results and provide clear updates on project quality and release readiness.
- Monitor defect trends and help teams identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate QA schedules, priorities, resources, and testing requirements across projects.
- Support the preparation and execution of release validation activities.
- Maintain QA documentation, test reports, issue records, and process guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, workflow consistency, and overall product quality.
- Support and mentor QA team members through regular guidance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Game Development, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in game testing, software QA, quality assurance, or game development.
- Previous experience coordinating or managing QA teams is preferred.
- Good understanding of software testing principles and quality assurance processes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced development environment.
- Familiarity with project management and issue-tracking tools is an advantage.
- Passion for games and an understanding of player experience are advantageous.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
