MintGroom Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based automotive detailing and paint protection specialist established in 2013. Our services include paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, paint correction, interior grooming and solar film installation.

Digital marketing plays an important role in strengthening our brand presence, engaging customers and supporting business growth. We combine educational content, creative storytelling and targeted campaigns to communicate our expertise and connect with car owners across Singapore.

Our Digital Marketing Internship offers hands-on exposure to content creation, social media management, digital advertising and campaign performance analysis. Interns will work closely with our team on real marketing initiatives, gaining practical experience in translating ideas into campaigns and evaluating their results. We welcome individuals who demonstrate creativity, initiative, attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.

Digital Marketing Intern — Video Content & Social Media

Working Schedule: 5 days per week

About the Role

MintGroom is looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our video content creation and social media activities. You will gain hands-on experience filming our automotive detailing services, editing engaging videos and publishing content that showcases our workmanship, services and brand.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating social media content, has an eye for visual storytelling and is eager to develop practical digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot videos and photos: Capture our detailing processes, before-and-after transformations, completed vehicles and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Edit social media videos: Turn footage into engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook, incorporating captions, music and transitions where appropriate.
• Publish and schedule content: Prepare captions and upload videos, photos and promotional content across our social media platforms.
• Contribute content ideas: Research relevant trends and work with the team to plan video concepts, hooks and simple scripts.
• Review content performance: Monitor views, engagement and audience feedback to help identify opportunities to improve future content.

Requirements

• Basic video filming and editing skills, with familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, particularly short-form video content.
• Good written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to organise tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and confidence working with the team to capture content on-site.

Students pursuing marketing, communications, media production or related courses are encouraged to apply. An interest in cars and automotive care is an advantage but is not required.
