Role Description:-

• Full-time (permanenet), on-site Business Development Executive role based at our branches located at Klang Valley (Shah Alam), Northern Hub (Penang), Southern Hub (Johor Bahru) & East Coast (Kuantan).
• The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and building a strong sales pipeline.
• The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms to secure new contracts.
• Day-to-day tasks include managing existing accounts, maintaining regular contact with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations and preparing regular reports on sales activities and market trends.

Qualifications:-

• Solid understanding of Business development principles and commercial awareness within service-based industries. with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven sales or business development experience, preferaance wtihin the same industry or related
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
