Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Engineer to lead multidisciplinary engineering coordination and support the successful execution of Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engineering interfaces, monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues, and ensuring engineering deliverables are completed in accordance with project requirements, schedule, quality standards, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering coordination and integration activities throughout project execution.
• Manage engineering interfaces between internal disciplines, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor engineering progress, deliverables, risks, and technical issues to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate design reviews, technical meetings, technical query (TQ) resolutions, and engineering change management activities.
• Ensure engineering deliverables are aligned with fabrication, construction, inspection, testing, commissioning, and operational requirements.
• Review and track engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
• Support project planning, execution, and reporting activities to maintain project schedule and performance targets.
• Identify potential engineering risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project impact.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior engineers and project team members.
• Promote compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or related industries.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary engineering coordination within DED, EPC, or EPIC projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering execution lifecycle, project management principles, and design integration across multiple disciplines.
• Experience in fabrication, inspection, testing, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Oil & Gas facilities, industry codes and standards, and engineering best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
