Role Description The Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in Pelabuhan Klang. This role is responsible for performing routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. The inspector documents inspection results, reports non-conformities, and works with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence. Daily tasks include using measuring tools and testing equipment, maintaining accurate records, and following established quality procedures and safety guidelines. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, participating in audits, and communicating quality-related issues clearly to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection, including sampling, measurement, and documentation of product conformity.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Management principles, standards, and procedures.
• Effective Communication skills for reporting findings, collaborating with production teams, and supporting cross-functional problem-solving.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow standardized work instructions, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Experience in manufacturing or processing environments, preferably in a similar quality-focused role.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform manual inspections, and work in a production setting.
• Relevant technical certificate or diploma in quality, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
