Sales Assistant – Full Time

Asyraf Sports Store, Klang is looking for a Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our team.

If you’re interested in sports, enjoy interacting with customers, and are comfortable with social media and being in front of the camera, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and assist customers
• Provide product information and recommend suitable sports products
• Organize, arrange and maintain stock
• Handle sales and customer enquiries
• Manage e-commerce platforms and online orders
• Host live sessions on social media platforms
• Assist with creating photo and video content for social media
• Keep the store clean, organized and presentable
• Perform other daily tasks related to store operations

Requirements

• Full-time position
• Honest, responsible and hardworking
• Friendly and comfortable dealing with customers
• Interested in sales, sports and social media
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Creative, willing to learn and able to work as part of a team
• No experience required – training will be provided

Salary & Benefits

• RM1,800 – RM2,500 per month
• Basic salary + commission
