We’re Hiring: Content Creator cum Live Host

Job Description:

As our Content Creator, you will:

• Plan, produce and edit creative content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Develop fresh content ideas that reflect our brand’s voice and marketing goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges and formats on social platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements using analytics.

As our Live Host, you will:

• Act as a host for social media Live sessions when suitable, engaging and entertaining the audience.
• You are required to do live for 1 session per day.
• To plan, schedule and host our live instagram sessions (including setting up, getting ready of products and to be well-verse on the products, replying to comments and answering to questions during the sessions).
• Interacting with viewers, presenting products & services, attending to queries and leading the overall flow of the live stream in a brisk and lively mode.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and comments on social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
• Promote products to the audiences through creative contents
• Conducting research to learn more about current trends, developments and perceptions about the subject matter and then contextualizing your findings.

Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

• Strong storytelling and creative thinking.
• Basic photo/video editing (CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Social media savvy with a keen eye for trends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation (portfolio required – personal or brand).
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook content styles.
• Confident in front of the camera and/or skilled at directing others.
• Hands-on experience with shooting and editing using a camera or smartphone.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written).
• Independent, creative and able to meet deadlines.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Caryazara, Shah Alam.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
