The Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandar Sri Damansara. This role is responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing bank reconciliations, and monitoring cash flow. The Finance Executive supports month-end and year-end closing activities, assists with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and ensures that records comply with internal policies and relevant accounting standards. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and external partners (such as auditors and banks), maintaining accurate documentation, and helping implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and control. The Finance Executive may contribute to ad hoc analyses and reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in financial accounting and reporting, including experience with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to management.
• Hands-on experience with accounting or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and solid skills in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to corporate finance operations.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a similar finance or accounting role, ideally within creative, technology, or entertainment industries, is beneficial.
