We are looking for a responsible and motivated Outlet Manager to lead our café team and oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily café operations and staff
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor sales, inventory, and stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and café standards
• Train and support team members
• Handle customer feedback and operational issues
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements

• Previous café or retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, organized, and reliable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
