Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Logistics Intern to support our logistics and supply chain operations. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily logistics and warehouse operations
• Support inventory control, stock movement tracking, and data updating
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and reports
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, and suppliers
• Assist in shipment scheduling, delivery tracking, and order fulfillment
• Update records in system or Excel accurately
• Support process improvement and ad‑hoc administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Internship Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Internship duration: Minimum 3–6 months
• Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail‑oriented, willing to learn, and able to work in a team

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
