Job Description

• Greet and serve customers warmly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately take customer orders and ensure preparation and serving of drinks/herbal products according to company standards.
• Handle the payment counter, and receive cash or electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, customer tables, and the overall store environment.
• Assist in stock arrangement, inventory checking, and ensure sufficient stock levels at all times.
• Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
• Support team members and work together as a team to achieve operational targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Neat appearance, friendly, and good communication skills.
• Able to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.

Contract Wages Information

• Ranging from RM9/hour to RM11/hour

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
