Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of all Inventory at the warehouse location.
• To plan, coordinate and supervise Inventory stock counts monthly basis.
• To pre-plan for the on time delivery (Local / Outstation).
• Responsible in stock count activities including prepare monthly stock report & monitoring products turnover and to ensure the warehouse team to complete the inventory count effectively for every month end.
• To issue Write On / Write Off on monthly basis (for damaged / expire stock).
• Oversea and Liaise with logistic, purchasing and production for the delivery of goods to customers or receiving of goods from suppliers.
• Monitor and measure receiving department performance for accuracy of location , receiving report , movement and storage of the materials.
• To ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures, and oversees the movement of material from receiving to the warehouse in an efficient, effective and in a safe manner.
• To ensure all warehouse equipment ( forklift / reach truck / hand pallet truck ) in good condition, in charge of repairing , maintenance and others.
• To monitor movement of plastic pallet and empty pallet for BON FOOD and others .
• Doing cycle count and submit report to admin on monthly basis.
• To monitor all trade return procedures comply with the SOP.
• To Coordinate with sales / logistic department on delivery schedule and other matter.
• To carry out any other intructions as directed by the management and admin team.
• Support warehouse in 5S and Kaizen activities.
• To ensure that safety requirement, cleanliness and compliance requirement in Warehouses are maintained.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Diploma level
• Candidates with 1 year related working experience in the Manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Able to work independently and also work as a team player.
• Able to drive forklift.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
• Own transport required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Storekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
