We are looking for a highly organized and proactive intern to join our Regional Client Development team in Singapore.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data-driven insights and luxury customer experiences you will provide essential support for our luxury CRM campaigns and orchestrating seamless client journeys. You will also assist with client data management and reporting, helping us translate numbers into actionable insights for the team. This is a unique opportunity to learn about balancing sophisticated data analytics with high-touch client journey that defines luxury.

Job responsibilities

CRM Operations and Engagement

• Assist in end-to-end deployment of campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will manage scheduling, setting up, testing, and QA to ensure a premium client experience across multi-channels (including Email, SMS, Push Notification etc.).
• Support the maintenance of automated CRM journeys within Journey Builder, ensuring our lifecycle communications are timely and relevant.
• Coordinate translations and adapt creative assets to ensure regional compliance and cultural relevance.
• Adapt global campaign assets to the campaigns and regional compliance are met.
• Consolidate performance data to update regional share-out reports. You will track performances to identify trends and actionable opportunities.

Clienteling Support

• Support Clienteling team by preparing engagements for key animations.
• Track Clienteling performance and actionable insights for market reviews.

Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or Digital Media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a mandatory requirement. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or PowerBI is a significant advantage.
• High attention to detail, including content accuracy and data hygiene.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse regional stakeholders.
• Interest in the luxury industry and a desire to understand how data-driven insights enhance the client journey.
