• Assist the Management in planning Group IT blueprint and digitalization project, organizing, and monitoring the work, activities and resources of Group IT Unit in line with the Company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Manage in house resources as well as external resources to ensure projects are well-supported
• User & Email management: - Windows 8/10/11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook Setup & Configuration
• Hardware:- Manage and maintain all Systems and Network hardware.
• Network Administration: - Install, configure, troubleshooting and maintain Firewalls, Routers and Network Switches, and trouble shoot WIFI, Network and Internet connectivity issues

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
