Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily fleet operations to ensure smooth transportation activities.
• Coordinate vehicle scheduling, deliveries, and driver assignments.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and roadworthy.
• Monitor vehicle inspections, road tax, insurance, permits, and related documentation.
• Track fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance records.
• Liaise with workshop vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and transport requirements.
• Monitor driver attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Investigate and report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare operational reports.
• Support cost control initiatives and improve fleet efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams for smooth delivery processes.
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses, GDL, permits, and fleet-related documentation.
• Assist in handling customer or internal operational inquiries related to transportation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fleet or logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of transportation and fleet management procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet tracking systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Possess knowledge of road safety and transport compliance regulations.
