Tea Crew at a Young and Local Emerging Tea Brand — Upper Thomson (Central)

No F&B experience needed. If you can talk to people, you can do this job. Candidates with a Food Safety Course certificate would be preferred.

Upper Thomson, Central region. One fixed location — no islandwide deployment, no last-minute transfers. You work where you're posted.

Why this job is easier than other bubble tea jobs
Our SOP is largely machine automated – you just need to add ice, place it in the machine, then pack it up. No recipes to memorise, no shaking, no 3-hour prep shift. What we actually want you to be good at is talking to customers and getting them excited about what to try next.

What you'll do - Welcome every customer and recommend drinks they'll love
- Take orders and handle cash/PayNow/card payments
- Operate the drink machine and cup sealer (we'll train you in one shift)
- Keep the counter clean and the display looking good
- Help us grow — tell us what customers are asking for

Who we're looking for - Warm, chatty, and comfortable starting a conversation
- Reliable — turns up on time, tells us early if plans change
- Comfortable standing for your shift
- Any age welcome — students, parents returning to work, and semi-retirees all do well here
- No experience needed. Retail, promoter, or service background is a plus, not a must
- Living around Upper Thomson, Sin Ming, Bishan or Ang Mo Kio is a bonus — short commute, easier shifts

What you get - Monthly wage of $2,500 to S$2,850, with a monthly sales incentive — you earn more when the store sells more
