We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Analyst to design, develop, and enhance modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions.
• Work closely with team members to design, develop, and implement modern workplace technologies that support business needs.
• Develop and maintain components of modern workplace solutions with a focus on quality and usability.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Identify common issues and assist in resolving them using practical approaches.
• Continuously build knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and related tools to enhance development capabilities.
  
  

Requirements

Must-have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Malaysian citizenship (no visa sponsorship; open to local Malaysian candidates only).
• 3–5 years of experience (any relevant field).
• Beginner proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• Beginner proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Development, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Microsoft Graph.
• Ability to develop and maintain components of modern workplace solutions with attention to quality and usability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Ability to identify common issues and contribute to resolving them with practical approaches.
• Continuous learning and knowledge building of Microsoft 365 technologies and related tools.
