KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Support and Stakeholder Management

• Deliver high-quality support to key clients by ensuring seamless project operations, timely response to issues, and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Maintain clear, transparent, and consistent communication with stakeholders by providing timely updates on project milestones, changes, issues, and required decisions.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned with project objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes.

2. Technical Solution Planning and Implementation

• Provide practical technical recommendations and solution options that improve operational efficiency, support innovation, and address business requirements effectively.
• Plan, design, and analyse software solutions by applying both functional understanding and technical expertise to ensure fit-for-purpose delivery.
• Integrate technical and application components to resolve complex business needs and support successful system implementation.
• Diagnose, coordinate, and resolve production issues promptly to maintain system stability, service continuity, and business confidence.

3. Project Planning, Execution and Deployment

• Lead project initiation and planning activities by defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure structured execution and successful completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate and oversee all required activities for application deployment, ensuring readiness, smooth implementation, and minimal disruption to users and operations.

4. Project Monitoring, Risk and Resource Management

• Use appropriate project management tools to track progress, monitor performance, and measure project outcomes against agreed objectives.
• Monitor project progress closely and escalate potential delays, constraints, or critical issues to the Superior for timely guidance and decision-making.
• Identify project risks at an early stage and implement proactive mitigation actions to reduce impact on project delivery, cost, quality, and timeline.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to ensure delivery remains within approved scope, timeline, cost, and quality expectations.

QUALIFICATION

1. Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related discipline.
• Professional certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification would be an added advantage.

2. Experience

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within information technology, software development, system implementation, application deployment, or technical solution delivery.
• Experience in managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders is required. Prior experience in client support, production issue resolution, and project reporting will be an added advantage.
