We are seeking a Freight & Customs Forwarding Executive to manage end-to-end shipment processes, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and onboarding new customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to detect discrepancies, and excellent people management skills in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight forwarding activities for import/export shipments.
• Manage customs clearance documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities for smooth cargo movement.
• Prepare and submit permits, declarations, and other regulatory documents.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational or compliance issues promptly.
• Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth integration into operational processes and systems.
• Identify and address discrepancies or non-compliance in documentation and processes.
• Work effectively under time-sensitive conditions and meet multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage.
• Familiarity with Malaysian customs systems.
• Comfortable handling tasks and processes via system platforms.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to detect irregularities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
