Eskayvie is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator cum Digital Content Executive to produce engaging TikTok content that builds brand awareness, grows our community and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and produce engaging TikTok content aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Create videos daily with compelling storytelling and clear messaging.
• Shoot, edit and publish high-quality videos using CapCut and native editing tools.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks and content formats that maximise engagement and conversions.
• Repurpose campaign assets, testimonials and product information into TikTok-ready content.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Social Commerce and Nutrition teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, retention and engagement.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and identifying new content opportunities.
• Stay updated with TikTok trends, platform features and emerging content formats.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Creative Multimedia or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to create engaging content with strong audience appeal.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, hashtags, music usage and platform best practices.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting and content ideation skills.
• Proficient in CapCut and other social media content creation tools.
• Creative, proactive and passionate about producing high-performing content.
• Confident appearing on camera and representing the brand professionally.
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
