Key Responsibilities:

Manage project cost performance and procurement to uphold budget and financial integrity across developments.

1. Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and Bill of Quantities (BQ) during pre-contract stages.

2. Conduct tendering, contract preparation, and subcontractor evaluation.

3. Monitor project costs, value engineering, and cost control throughout construction.

4. Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.

5. Manage contractual matters, claims, and risk mitigation between stakeholders.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
