  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, asset performance, partnerships, and business opportunities to support decision-making.

Coordination and Project Management

  • Lead or coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, capture decisions and action items, and ensure timely closure.
  • Manage and prioritise the flow of information, correspondence, and requests directed to the CEO.

Stakeholder and Communications Management

  • Draft and review correspondence, memos, and communications issued from the Office of the CEO, Business & Asset.
  • Support investor, regulatory, and partner engagements relevant to the pillar where required.
  • Represent the Office of the CEO with professionalism and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation.

Confidentiality and Governance

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, including matters subject to PDPA and corporate governance requirements.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and relevant reporting obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an executive-support, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business-management capacity.
  • Exposure to the renewable energy, EPCC, asset management, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt quickly to changing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without authority.
