Our client is a leading global logistics organisation seeking a Solutions Engineer / Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse solution design for complex customer bids - based in Shah Alam.

The Role

A broad, commercially engaged solutions role spanning design, bidding, and implementation:

• Analyse customer requirements and design tailored warehousing solutions to meet their operational needs
• Develop RFQ technical proposals, including cost models, MHE evaluation, and automation opportunities
• Present proposed solutions to customers and support Q&A sessions during the bid process
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure smooth solution handover and implementation support
• Support the Business Development team with commercial packages and internal costing tools
• Lead solution re-engineering initiatives across the region as required

What We're Looking For

A detail-oriented, commercially savvy solutions professional:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics solutions or warehousing
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Visio, and MS Project
• Comfortable in a customer-facing role with the ability to present technical proposals confidently
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI is an advantage
• Able to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures
