At Airfilter Engineering, we are proud to offer innovative products to many industries such as automobiles, electronics, oil & gas and many others industries that meet the needs of our customers in industrial applications, requiring clean and dry air and/or gas for their manufacturing requirements.

To help us continue expanding our offerings, we are in search of Purchasing Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Request quotation for new items from supplier which related to dryer parts & accessories, non-consumable and stationery, etc.
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
• Ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing and product availability.
• Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier information.
• Check ‘Purchase Requisition’ prior issue of Purchase Order to supplier.
• Handle reject / replacement to supplier and follow up necessary action required.
• Monitor minimum stock for non-consumable based on stock report provided by STORE dept.
• Counter check & approved suppliers’ invoices and pass to Account department to prepare payment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and ethical standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years working experience in a manufacturing field.
• Knowledge in engineering source is advantages.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Great organizational and planning skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
