Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person.

• Provide accurate information about services, amenities, policies, and local attractions.

• Proactively address and resolve guest concerns, complaints, or special requests with empathy, efficiency, and creativity.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and emailing.

Job Requirements

• At least SPM holder.

• Previous experience in customer services is preferred but not required.

• Wellness/Hospitality/Healthcare working background is an added advantage.

• MUST be able to work on morning & afternoon shift basis, and on public holidays and weekends.

• 5 working days per week.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional speaking language or dialect is an added benefit.

• Great problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
