Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The successful candidate will assist with documentation, order processing, inventory records, supplier coordination, and general office administration within our organic food, grocery, and health & wellness products business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the operations and office teams.
- Assist with processing sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other business records.
- Maintain and update product, inventory, supplier, and customer information in internal systems.
- Assist in monitoring stock records and coordinating with the warehouse or operations team on inventory-related matters.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents.
- Assist with product information updates, including pricing, product codes, and basic product details.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to routine administrative enquiries.
- Support the team with filing, data entry, document tracking, and general office coordination.
- Assist with basic customer service and order-related enquiries when required.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative, retail, wholesale, logistics, or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
