Job Location: Swiss Grand Beach Resort Kuantan

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities to ensure timely procurement of quality goods and services at competitive prices. This role supports hotel operations by maintaining cost control, ensuring compliance with company policies, and building strong relationships with approved suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders (PO’s), ensuring accuracy and completeness of all purchase documentation.

2. Assist with managing requested for quotes (RFQs) and negotiating pricing with suppliers.

3. Maintain up-to-date records / reports of supplier information, including contracts, contact details and performance history.

4. Assist with identifying potential suppliers, evaluating quotes, and ensuring compliance with purchasing standards.

5. Monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery times, quality of goods and adherences to contracts.

6. Address and resolve supplier issues such as order discrepancies, delays, and quality concerns.

7. Process and track orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

8. To participate in Direct Market List (DML) tender exercise, processing paperwork in obtaining approval before the datelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification
• At least 1 year experience in Store/Procurement/Purchasing department
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
