The role of Technical Presales professional is responsible for providing technical presales expertise and support to our sales team, ensuring our customers receive the best possible solutions to meet their business needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges, and propose tailored IT solutions
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with high-quality proposals and solution documentation.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including conducting assessments, preparing architecture designs, and generating Bill of Materials
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights to enhance our offerings
• Assist with post-sales support as needed, ensuring a seamless transition and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar Technical Presales or Technical Sales role, preferably in the networking and security domain
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as ICT tender, IT solutions, technology products/services, system integration, or related ICT business environments will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to understand customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver compelling proposals.
• Experience or relation with principle added advantage.
• Experience with platforms such as IBM, Red Hat, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with ePerolehan, MyProcurement, and other government procurement platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a customer-centric mindset
