Full job description

We are looking for disciplined, responsible, and patient-focused individuals to join our clinical operations team.

This is a frontline healthcare role. You will handle both clinical assistance and front counter operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Counter & Customer Service

• Perform receptionist duties (patient registration, payment collection, appointment coordination)
• Deliver professional and courteous patient service
• Handle inquiries and walk-in patients efficiently
• Ensure accurate data entry into clinic management system

2. Clinical Assistance

• Assist doctors during consultation and treatment procedures
• Support minor surgical procedures and wound dressing
• Perform basic procedures such as blood taking and ECG (training provided)
• Prepare and dispense medication accurately under supervision
• Ensure proper documentation of clinical records

3. Operations & Administration

• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization
• Manage filing systems and documentation control
• Monitor medical stock levels and report shortages
• Support daily clinic operations as assigned by Supervisor or Clinic Manager

Work Schedule & Benefits

• 6 working days + 1 rest day
• Rotational shift (2 shift system)

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare or medical setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment is a plus. Fresh grad also welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
• Basic computer literacy (data entry, system updates, patient records)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow SOP
• Willing to learn clinical skills and healthcare procedures
