WE ARE HIRING – TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE (TECHNICAL SUPPORT)

Project: StarHub Onboarding
Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor
Intake: September 2026 ONLY - Candidates who can start in September are preferred

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Basic Salary: RM2,300

Allowances & Incentives:

• Night Shift Allowance: RM1000
• KPI Incentive: RM500

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer enquiries and provide technical support via telephone
• Assist customers with technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical problems
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps clearly and professionally
• Provide accurate information and assistance over the phone
• Record and update customer cases in the system
• Ensure a positive customer experience and quality service

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone
• Willing to work on rotational shifts
• Able to work in a 24/7 operation environment
• Able to start work in September 2026
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome

Training: 4 weeks
