Salary : RM4000 – RM6000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours : 8.00 am - 7.00 pm

Working Days : Monday – Saturday

• Assist in managing daily logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient and timely workflow.
• Monitor and control the movement of goods from receiving to storage, dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Plan and coordinate daily truck trips and delivery schedules for customers and outlets.
• Arrange delivery routes based on areas, delivery priorities and vehicle availability to avoid overlapping trips and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, Sales, Purchasing and other departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to daily operational and delivery requirements.
• Lead and supervise logistics and warehouse staff, including monitoring attendance, discipline, performance and work quality.
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, operational procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Monitor delivery performance, warehouse activities and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare logistics, inventory and operational reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, manpower utilization and overall logistics operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Responsible, disciplined, proactive and detail-oriented.

- Able to use inventory or warehouse management systems.

- Forklift driving experience or certification is an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
