This role supports the successful delivery of marketing events by overseeing marketing inventory and event assets, coordinating event logistics, and providing operational support before, during, and after events.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Warehouse & Inventory

• Prepare, pack, and deliver event materials, promotional items, and marketing assets for events and transfers between retail outlets.
• Receive, store, issue, and return marketing materials and event equipment.
• Keep the marketing warehouse clean, organized, and easy to access.
• Monitor stock levels and keep inventory records up to date.

Event Coordination

• Prepare all event materials and equipment before each event.
• Help with event setup and dismantling to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to make sure all event requirements are ready on time.

On-Site Event Operations

• Provide on-site support to ensure events are carried out successfully and customers have a positive experience.
• Assist with event registration, redemption counters, cashiering, and promotional activities.
• Support customer engagement activities during events, such as mascot performances, interactive games, and promotional campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel to various event locations and move around during events.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings when required.
• Comfortable with event setup, stock handling, and warehouse tasks.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
