About the role

Adept Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects. What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
• Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving any technical issues that arise
• Coordinating and supervising the work of subcontractors and construction personnel
• Maintaining accurate records, including daily site reports, quality control documentation
• Providing technical support and problem-solving assistance to the project team

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
