Responsibilities

Show Creation & Hosting

• Plan and host live shows with clear openings, product or content segments, and smooth transitions.
• Write concise scripts and cue cards, then adapt them in real time based on audience reaction.
• Keep energy steady on camera and present products or topics with natural, trustworthy language.
• Close shows professionally with calls to action and clear next steps for viewers.

Audience & Community

• Engage viewers via chat moderation, quick replies, and live polls to keep retention high.
• Turn viewer feedback into immediate adjustments that improve session flow and relevance.
• Build repeat viewers by recognising regulars, running follow-up segments, and promoting upcoming shows.
• Collect viewer insights and pass concise reports to the growth team after each session.

Production & Collaboration

• Coordinate with producers on run sheets, camera cues, and timing to ensure smooth broadcasts.
• Operate basic on-set equipment and communicate needs clearly to technical staff.
• Support post-show debriefs, note improvements, and help refine segment formats.
• Work with marketing to align show themes with brand campaigns and promotional timelines.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 0 years experience required; open to fresh graduates and entry-level presenters exploring live media roles.
• High school diploma or any tertiary background; training in media, communication, or related fields is a plus.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and available for flexible studio or online schedules.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong verbal Communication and clear diction suitable for live audiences.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, or e-commerce livestream tools.
• Basic scriptwriting, teleprompter use, and on-camera presentation techniques.
• Understanding of simple video production concepts like framing, lighting, and sound helps you work with the tech team.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Quick thinking and improv skills to handle unexpected moments calmly and professionally.
• Friendly, approachable presence that builds viewer trust and repeat attendance.
• Strong time management and reliability to hit scheduled show times and prep meetings.
