As we expand our operations into Pantai Timur (Pahang, Kelantan & Terengganu), we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive business growth in the region.

This is a full-time on-site field sales role based in Kuantan, Pahang. You will be responsible for growing our business network, managing existing accounts, and representing our premium pet product range to retailers and pet shops across the Pahang, Kelantan & Terengganu region.

Candidates currently residing in Kuantan, Pahang or nearby areas are preferred. Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate to Kuantan are also welcome to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business accounts through proactive outreach, cold calling, and field visits to pet shops, retailers, and distributors across Pahang, Kelantan & Terengganu.
• Service and maintain existing business accounts through regular visits, rapport building, and relationship management
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide creative input on sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product adoption
• Prepare sales reports and update client records regularly
• Travel outstation when required to expand the client base across the region.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior sales experience and experience in the pet industry are an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia — Mandarin is an added advantage for serving Mandarin-speaking clients
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport (required for field visits)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
• Willing to travel outstation when required
• Currently residing in Kuantan or willing to relocate to Kuantan
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
