As an Architectural Coordinator, you will manage the technical and commercial coordination of projects from enquiry to completion. You will review architectural drawings, work out material take-offs, and prepare quotations based on project requirements, material specifications, and internal cost references.

You will also coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams on drawings, technical submissions, and variation orders to support smooth project delivery.

• Review architectural drawings and prepare material take-offs
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and cost comparisons
• Coordinate drawings, samples, technical submissions, and variation orders
• Support procurement, delivery, and logistics coordination
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, installers, and internal teams on measurements, clarifications, and project requirements
• Follow up on project enquiries, submitted quotations, and outstanding information
