Role: Client Relations & Sales Intern (Full-Time / Part-Time Internship)

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and service-oriented Client Relations & Sales Intern to support customer engagement, appointment booking, and sales activities for a Beauty and Aesthetic Clinic in Singapore.

This is a hands-on internship where you will gain practical experience in tele-sales, customer service, lead follow-up, appointment conversion, and CRM management.

A key part of the role involves reaching out to new prospective customers through outbound calls, introducing relevant treatments or promotions, and encouraging interested customers to schedule appointments.

Candidates may join under either a Full-Time Internship or Part-Time Internship arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce relevant treatments, promotions, and services.
• Engage new leads and encourage interested customers to schedule appointments with the clinic.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Handle inbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.
• Provide accurate and professional information regarding treatments, promotions, and appointment availability.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain professional communication throughout the customer journey.
• Coordinate appointment bookings and relevant customer requests with the clinic team.
• Update customer information, interactions, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Support ongoing sales campaigns, customer outreach activities, and other related duties where required.

Requirements

• Students currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree, or entry level candidates looking to gain practical working experience, are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound phone calls.
• Good spoken English with clear, confident, and professional communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with different types of customers.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques, customer engagement, and objection handling.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working towards appointment or outreach targets.
• Organised and able to maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency in digital communication platforms and computer applications.
• Previous internship, part-time, retail, customer service, telemarketing, sales, or front-facing experience would be advantageous but is not required.
• Interest in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or service industry would be an advantage.

Internship Arrangements

Option 1: Full-Time Internship

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Option 2: Part-Time Internship

• Minimum commitment of 3 working days per week
• Must be available for at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Location: Orchard Area
