• Submit weekly reports to the Executive / HOD for the Management Meeting on the latest marketing and business development status.
• Assist in preparing the weekly marketing plan for review by the HOD.
• Update daily activities and provide weekly updates on all development statuses.
• Assist in preparing Sales Forecast Reports for the Management Review Meeting.
• Attend to customer and supplier inquiries, complaints, vendor briefings, and participate in vendor improvement activities.
• Assist in establishing NPR (New Project Review) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) documentation, including gathering quotations from mould makers, material suppliers, and preparing necessary drawings and supporting documents.
• Ensure all prepared and submitted quotations are kept strictly confidential.
• Follow up on development status with suppliers/toolmakers (mould, materials, and child parts) to ensure completion according to schedule.
• Liaise with mould makers and material suppliers on the latest technologies related to the automotive industry.
• Follow up on outstanding customer debts and ensure timely collection.
• Conduct market analysis within the automotive industry to identify potential areas for AHP to penetrate and expand.
• Participate in relevant exhibitions to explore new markets, customers, technologies, and industries.
• Liaise with government agencies and relevant associations regarding business opportunities and marketing strategies.
• Explore new potential domestic and international customers for global market expansion.
• Assist in conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys and analyzing the results.
• Ensure TS16949 / QS9000 / ISO 9002 procedures within the B&D Department are implemented effectively.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
