Role Description As a Takaful Agent at PruBSN, you will provide ethical and Shariah-compliant financial protection solutions to individual and corporate clients. On a day-to-day basis, you will identify and approach potential customers, conduct needs-based financial assessments, and recommend suitable family takaful plans. You will manage client relationships, handle inquiries and policy servicing, and support customers throughout the onboarding and claims processes. The role also involves achieving sales and service targets, maintaining accurate records, and participating in training and development programmes provided by PruBSN. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Subang Jaya, with a mix of office-based activities and work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong client relationships, communicate clearly, and provide empathetic customer service.
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the capacity to conduct needs-based consultations and close sales ethically.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of takaful concepts, Shariah-compliant products, and risk protection.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, follow up consistently, and meet targets.
• Comfort with digital tools and online platforms for remote communication, presentations, and policy servicing.
• Minimum academic qualification of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in insurance, takaful, banking, or financial advisory is beneficial but not mandatory.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
