  • LAM Part I qualification. 
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome. 
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage. 
  • Eager to learn, proactive and detail-oriented. 
  • Passion for architecture and continuous professional growth.

岗位职责

  • Assist in design development and production of architectural drawings. 
  • Prepare presentation materials, 3D models and renderings. 
  • Assist with authority submission documentation. 
  • Coordinate with consultants and suppliers. 
  • Attend site inspections and assist with site documentation. 
  • Support the project team throughout all project stages.
