Job Description:

• Develop rolling daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on customer demands and project forecasts.
• Generate material requirements according to scheduling details; track the arrival time of purchased materials and reasonably control inventory levels.
• Identify potential risks in the planning process, provide early warnings and reports, and ensure the achievement of production plans.
• Formulate daily production schedules to prevent omissions or errors and maintain effective communication with the Production Department.
• Quickly adjust plans in response to fluctuations in customer demand exceeding thresholds, ensuring rapid adaptation to customer needs.
• Monitor daily plan achievement rates and track abnormal production hours.
• Follow up on planning exceptions and coordinate rapid responses from relevant departments.
• Complete ERP review of customer orders in a timely manner and provide prompt feedback to ERP on order feasibility.
• Analyze stagnant finished goods inventory, urge relevant departments to take action, and improve inventory turnover rates.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts for production in accordance with company requirements, ensuring counting accuracy.
• Execute other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong data statistical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Office software and ERP systems. Hands-on experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
• College degree or above. Major in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Pay: RM4,300.00 - RM6,200.00 per month
