Job Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Lead and execute sourcing activities, including RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and recommendation of awards to ensure best value procurement while maintaining required quality, service, and compliance standards.
- Analyze spend patterns and identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and value improvement initiatives.
Procurement Operations
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase requisition review, quotation sourcing, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor procurement lead times and ensure timely fulfillment of user department requirements.
- Ensure procurement transactions comply with approved procurement policies, SOPs, delegated authority limits, and internal controls.
Supplier Management
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and work with vendors to improve quality, delivery performance, and service levels.
- Participate in supplier due diligence, onboarding, and qualification processes.
Contract Management
- Coordinate contract preparation, review, execution, renewal, and termination processes in collaboration with Legal and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a centralized contract database and monitor contract expiry dates to ensure timely renewals and continuity of services.
Tender & Evaluation Process
- Coordinate tender, bidding, and quotation comparison exercises, including evaluation and recommendation reports for management approval.
Compliance & Governance
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining procurement documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and governance requirements.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, vendor performance metrics, and savings reports for management review.
Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
