Do you like keeping things running smoothly, staying on top of details, and being the person people can count on to follow through? We're looking for a Business Operations Executive to help keep our day-to-day operations organised and moving forward.

You'll work closely with the management team, get exposure to different sides of the business, and build real, practical skills in coordination and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative and operational matters
• Liaise with suppliers and other stakeholders
• Follow up on outstanding documents, payments and pending matters
• Support management with day-to-day business coordination
• Maintain proper records and keep operational matters on track
• Provide general operational support across the business

Who We're Looking For

• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Good communicator who works well with different people
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and colleagues
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proactive, positive, and eager to learn
• Fresh graduates welcome
