• Plan and schedule daily haulage trips based on customer requirements.
• Assign suitable drivers and vehicles for each trip.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, ports and depots on container movements.
• Monitor daily trip progress and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Monitor driver attendance, GPS location and trip status.
• Handle operational issues such as delays, breakdowns and last-minute changes.
• Update trip information and ensure all documents are properly recorded.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and optimize trip planning to reduce empty trips and unnecessary costs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Workshop and Customer Service teams when required.
• Ensure all operations comply with company SOP and safety requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, haulage, transportation, or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of import and export operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
