Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents
• Assist the team in reviewing project specifications and requirements
• Support procurement activities such as sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations
• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO), comparison sheets, and other procurement documents
• Communicate with suppliers and follow up on quotations, pricing, and delivery status
• Assist in maintaining proper records of procurement and project documents
• Perform basic administrative tasks related to proposal and procurement activities
• Support other tasks assigned by the management or supervisor

About you

• Diploma/Degree student in Engineering, Business, Procurement, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to learn and able to work independently
• Internship duration of at least 3 months preferred

Pay: RM600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
