Creative & AI Content Project Manager

We're starting a new division and looking for an all-rounder — someone happy to learn the fundamentals. This includes keeping the office running day to day. and there is also real room to grow into AI-driven design and video work.

Responsibilities:

• Support general office administration and day-to-day logistics
• Work on AI-generated still images and video content for company projects
• Assist with design tasks using tools like Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Contribute to filmmaking/editing projects
• Explore and experiment with emerging AI content tools alongside the team

Qualifications:

• Reliable and detail-oriented, comfortable with both routine admin work and creative projects
• Willingness to start with the fundamentals and grow from there
• Strong communication skills — phone, email, and in-person
• Self-starter mentality, comfortable using downtime productively
• Basic working knowledge of at least one editing/design tool such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere

Nice to have:

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign
• Filmmaking, video editing, or photography background
• Interest in AI image/video generation tools
