岗位职责

Conduct outbound calls to potential and current customers from existing databases.
Identify and target key decision-makers within automotive repair shops and dealerships.
Search and identify all automotive repair shops across Malaysia and turn them into customers.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, requirements, and purchasing potential.
Highlight how products can solve customer’s problems, enhance vehicle performance , and provide cost- effective solutions.
Overcome objections and address concerns to guide prospects toward making a purchase decision.
Assist customers in placing orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantities and pricing.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the Company.
Provide regular reports on sales activities . Conversion rates, and pipeline status through CRM.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvements and marketing strategies.
