Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations via telephone, email, online booking channels, and walk-in enquiries.
• Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and no-show reservations accurately.
• Provide guests with information on room types, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel facilities.
• Check room availability and ensure reservations are entered accurately into the hotel reservation system.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
• Upsell room categories, packages, and additional hotel services where appropriate.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and other departments regarding guest bookings and special requests.
• Follow up on tentative bookings, group reservations, deposits, and payment requirements.
• Ensure all reservation requests and guest preferences are properly recorded and communicated.
• Handle guest complaints and enquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor cancellations, modifications, and booking discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with hotel reservation procedures, policies, and standards.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and other reports as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and payment details.
• Support the Reservations team with other duties assigned by management.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
