Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support new business opportunities and qualifying the opportunity pipeline.
• Promote core vendors in the ENFRASYS portfolio in collaboration with Microsoft.
• Understand the customers requirements through the entire sales cycle, coordinating with relevant business units for solution implementation.
• Stay updated on market trends and competition in aligned technologies.
• Visit customers, host workshops, and engage with internal resources to ensure tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in Microsoft solutions and broader sales portfolio.
• Provide specialist knowledge during sales and marketing campaigns / events, offering advice on licensing models and solutions, and seeking funding support.
• Act as point of contact for Microsoft-related customer enquiries ensuring prompt resolution.
• Identify, plan, prepare, negotiate annuity and transactional business opportunities. support account managers as well
• Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships, providing T-36 deliverables such as QBRs.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Microsoft staff on renewals and new opportunities.
• Assist with sales documentation and methodology to support the sales process.
• Ensure accurate and updated sales forecasts aligned with expected profit.
• Manage Microsoft requirements for MPN renewals and deal registrations.
• Work hands-on from level 100 to level 500 tasks and collaborate with Public Sector specialists when needed.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Degree with 5 years or diploma with 8 years working experience in a similar LSP/CSP/Services environment
• Excellent all - round knowledge of commercials, and experience of interacting with sales and marketing departments.
• General/ others sales competency certifications would be beneficial.
• Possess Microsoft Certified Professional in Volume licensing would be added advantage
• Strong time management skill and outstanding communication skills, dedicated to continuous professional development.
