About the Role

Want to learn what happens between a client's idea and a successfully delivered campaign?

As a Client Servicing Intern, you will support our senior team in understanding client requirements, coordinating campaign activities and ensuring operational matters are followed through with the relevant internal teams.

While senior team members will lead the client relationship, you will gain practical exposure to client communication, campaign coordination, problem-solving and account servicing.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior team members in servicing assigned clients and campaigns.
• Assist in understanding and documenting client requirements and action items.
• Coordinate client requests, campaign updates, approvals and follow-ups.
• Communicate with clients on day-to-day campaign operational matters when required.
• Work with internal teams to ensure client requirements and deliverables are properly coordinated.
• Track timelines, outstanding actions and campaign progress.
• Support client meetings, meeting recaps, campaign reports and presentations.
• Follow up on operational issues and escalate potential risks to senior team members.
• Gain exposure to identifying additional client needs and opportunities for TDG solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree students in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication or related fields.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with different people.
• Organised, responsive and able to follow through on tasks.
• Proactive with a willingness to ask questions and solve problems.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Interest in client servicing, CRM, loyalty, digital marketing or MarTech is an advantage.
• No prior working experience required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
